Your future role
In this position, you will be the first face to the customer and therefore also take on an important role in representing the company.
Your tasks will include the following:

- Advise the customers regarding the product and e.g. show them new features
- Identify technical problems and solve them on your own or with the support from your colleagues - here you can prove your knowledge in software development
- hold online trainings or webinars to educate your customers
- collaborate with your colleagues from different departments (Engineering, Product Management, Sales) to provide the best service to customers
Desired qualifications
- Completed IT education (HTL, university)
- First experience in software development
- Fun with support tasks
- Mother tongue Italian and very good English skills
- Strong communication skills and fun in customer contact

Minimum salary
EUR 2500 gross/month (on full-time basis)
Actual salary
Between EUR 2500 and EUR 3500 gross/month according to qualifications and experience
